How long does a full engagement take?
expand_moreA full five-step Playbook runs 10–14 weeks depending on scope, access to brand assets, and how quickly your team can review and approve. Individual modules can be delivered in 2–4 weeks as standalone engagements.
Do you work on a monthly retainer?
expand_moreNo. We are project-based. Every engagement is scoped, priced, and accountable to a defined outcome. When the project is complete, it's complete — and you own everything we built together. If you want ongoing support after a project, we discuss that separately on its own terms.
Can we commission just one step?
expand_moreYes. Each step is available as a standalone service. Many brands come to us for a specific module — the Identity Audit before a rebrand, or the Content Engine when they've stalled on social. We'll always tell you if we think a different scope would serve you better.
What's the investment?
expand_moreProjects are scoped individually. Standalone modules start from £4,500. A full five-step Playbook engagement typically ranges from £18,000–£35,000 depending on brand scale, timeline, and depth of research required. We'll give you a precise number after the discovery call.
